Minimum Booking Requirement

A minimum of five makeup services is required for all bridal bookings. This minimum applies to the total number of makeup applications, including the bride. Bookings with fewer than 5 people are welcome. However, the minimum charge of five applications will still apply.

Booking & Reservations

A non-refundable $100 booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. Your date is not considered booked until the booking fee has been paid and your bridal contract has been signed. This is not a deposit and does not go towards your total on the day of your wedding.

Wedding Morning Scheduling

It’s very helpful to have a timeline in place to avoid unnecessary delays. I’m happy to provide a makeup schedule and/or coordinate with the hairstylist to create one together.

All members of the bridal party must be present, prepared, and ready for makeup to begin at their scheduled appointment times.

Delays & Waiting Time

A waiting fee of $100 for every 30 minutes, or portion thereof, will apply when services are delayed due to clients not being ready, unavailable, or other avoidable interruptions. This fee applies to accumulated waiting time beyond the scheduled time for each service.

While this is rarely an issue, I believe in setting clear expectations from the beginning. This policy is simply in place to respect everyone’s time and ensure your wedding morning runs smoothly.

Bridal Party Preparation

To keep things running smoothly, everyone receiving makeup services must arrive with a clean, moisturized face and be ready at their scheduled time.

Changes To your Booking

Any changes to the number of makeups must be communicated as early as possible. Reductions in the number of services after booking may not result in a reduction of the agreed-upon total.

Additional services are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed on the wedding day.

Travel Fees & Accommodations

A flat travel fee of $100 applies to every booking within city limits. Anything beyond Fredericton Area will be an additional $.60/km (round trip). Any booking taking place over an hour away will require accommodations the night prior. They will be booked by your artist and included in your quote.
