Your trial is an essential part of the process. It’s our opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your vision, and create a look you’ll feel confident and comfortable walking down the isle in.
It’s also the perfect time to confirm bridal party numbers and go over your wedding morning timeline.
By including your trial in the cost of your bridal makeup, I’m making sure we have time together well before the big day. No guess work or last minute decisions.

A good skincare routine makes a HUGE difference in how your makeup looks and how it lasts.
That being said, I strongly recommend avoiding new or aggressive skincare treatments immediately before your wedding. If you want to start a series of new treatments please do so at least 6 months prior. This way your skin has a chance to acclimate to new products and you have lots of time to make corrections if you find something your skin really doesn’t like.
IF YOU DERMAPLANE please be sure to do it at least 48 hours before your wedding. Freshly dermaplained skin is beautiful and smooth but sometimes can have a harder time holding onto makeup.

Ideally, no. To both. And here’s why: Having hair and makeup done simultaneously can make it difficult for both artists to do their best work.
In all my years doing makeup I’ve learned to put the bride in the middle, or near the end but not last. Typically, towards the end of hair and makeup is when the photographer is arriving. The vibe of the day is shifting and people are going to start having a lot of questions. If the bride is just sitting down to enjoy her glam she often ends up having to answer questions or locate items and getting pulled in a bunch of different directions. This not only slows us down, but it cuts into a part of the morning intended to be fun and relaxing!

Please try to have everyone arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Arrive with a clean, moisturized face and avoid trying new skincare products the week of the wedding.
If you plan to apply a sheet mask or eye patches, please do so the night before. Often times these products have a very high hydration factor and can leave a lot of extra product behind sitting on the skin. Using them the night before allows you to reap the full benefits and for all that moisture to soak in. Using them immediately before can sometimes cause pilling and separation of the makeup. A great alternative if you want to lock in moisture the morning of your wedding is to apply a silicone patch over your regular eye cream!

Don’t fret, my pet!
You don’t need to become a completely different person just because you’re getting married. We’ll create something that feels comfortable, flattering and true to you. My pricing is structured to include a trial for the bride so there are no surprises on the big day!

Of course! My chair is for anyone who wants to feel fabulous, regardless of gender, age or how they identify!

Absolutely I do! Getting ready in your own space is part of the fun. I offer on location bridal makeup services, with travel fees determined by your location. I’ll make sure any additional costs are outlined before booking.

I allow approximately 45-60 minutes for bridal makeup, depending on the look we’re creating. Generally 30-45 minutes for all other makeup applications.
A personalized schedule will be created ahead of time so everyone knows when its their turn in the chair.

Wedding mornings are exciting, but timing is everything! Everyone receiving makeup should be ready at their scheduled appointment time. Delays outside of my control are subject to a fee of $100 for every 30 minutes, or portion thereof.
A little organization goes a long way toward keeping the morning relaxed and running smoothly.

There’s a lot more to bridal makeup than just showing up with my brushes!
While a deposit is typically a payment toward the cost of a service, my booking fee is a separate, non-refundable fee that secures your wedding date and is not applied toward your wedding-day makeup services.
From the moment you book, I'm already getting to work behind the scenes. Think helpful emails to guide you through the process, answering questions, organizing all those little details, and creating a customized makeup schedule to keep your wedding morning running smoothly.
Your booking fee isn't just about saving your spot on my calendar. It reflects the time, planning, experience, and care that go into making your bridal experience feel effortless.
